 1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • If the product received is damaged or broken
  • If you receive the wrong product
  • If the order is not delivered due to our mistake
  • If the product is out of stock after payment

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after placing order
  • Opened or used products
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Delay caused by courier service
  • Incorrect information provided by customer

 3. Returns Policy

Since we deal in herbal and personal care products, returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is unused and in original packaging
  • Issue is reported within 3 days of receiving order
  • Proof (image/video) of damage or issue is provided

Returned items will be reviewed before approval.


4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  2. Share order details and issue proof
  3. Our team will review within 3–5 working days
  4. Approved refunds will be sent via original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer product replacement instead of refund in case of:

  • Wrong product delivery
  • Damaged item during shipping
  • Stock availability issues

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds are only applicable on eligible cases after verification
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
