1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
- If the product received is damaged or broken
- If you receive the wrong product
- If the order is not delivered due to our mistake
- If the product is out of stock after payment
In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of mind after placing order
- Opened or used products
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Delay caused by courier service
- Incorrect information provided by customer
3. Returns Policy
Since we deal in herbal and personal care products, returns are accepted only if:
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- Issue is reported within 3 days of receiving order
- Proof (image/video) of damage or issue is provided
Returned items will be reviewed before approval.

- Approved refunds will be sent via original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer product replacement instead of refund in case of:

- Refunds are only applicable on eligible cases after verification
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
